From January to July, construction of new energy projects exceeded 40 million kW, generating 44.67 billion KWH of new energy, accounting for 19.2 percent of the region's total power generation. New energy generation increased by 7.4% year on year, 5.8 percentage points higher than the region's total power generation growth.

First, we have built a large national clean energy base and enhanced the scale of new energy development. Third, we will strive to promote market-oriented and diversified development, and expand the development path of new energy. The construction and operation guidelines for new energy projects (version 1.0) have been formulated to clarify seven new energy project construction paths, including guaranteed grid connection, potential mining and transformation of coal power, supporting energy storage and promotion, new load consumption, self-provided green power guarantee, multi-energy complementarity and coordination, and complementary complementarity of related industries, so as to strengthen policy services and optimize the business environment.

Fourth, we will vigorously deepen the market-oriented reform of electricity and innovate the new energy price mechanism. According to the requirements of deepening the market-oriented reform of electricity, all the electricity generated by new energy parity projects put into production from 2021 will be clearly included in the electricity market, and the target feed-in price of new energy parity projects put into production from 2021 will be 0.262 yuan per KWH by means of market transactions and equal sharing of electricity for large industries. Use the feed-in tariff policy adopted by the state to support the development of new energy sources.

Fifth, we focused on building a new type of power system and significantly improved the ability to guarantee access to new energy sources.
