New PV Installations Of 706.5MW in October

In October, 706.5MW of new PV installations were installed in Germany, compared with 750MW in September and 411.9MW in October 2021, data from the Bundesnetzagentur (Federal Network Agency) showed on 6 December.
According to the Bundesnetzagentur, 6.12GW of new PV systems have been built in Germany so far this year, compared to 4.4GW in the same period in 2021.
In October, 607MW of photovoltaic installations were installed under the German EEG Renewable Energy Incentive Scheme, of which about 338MW was not covered by the tender mechanism for large projects.
