Bando drill bit is mainly used on Bando automotive glass driller machine, which provide a whole range of chamfer drill to drill and chamfer holes in a single cycle. The customized core lengths are set for each glass thickness to provide optimum drill speed and hole quality. One piece drill or two-piece drill is available to meet customer’s combination requirements.

Bando drill bits installation
1. Drill bits recognition:
Before the installation, make sure we choose the matching drill bits with the machine and drill bits' dimensions meet the hole diameter and thickness requirement.
2. Drill bits clear
Clean the drill bits to make sure no dust on the drill bits' position surface.
3. Drill bits installation
For two-piece drill bit, the longer drill depth is use as a drill, shorter one is used as bottom drill. Test the radial run out should be less than 0.05mm.
4. Test with low speed
Startup with lower speed at 50%-60% of the setting feed rate, drill after 20-30 holes can increase the speed if with fine hole quality.
