Installation
1. Recognition of drill bit
Choose the right drill bit to match the driller machine, and make sure meets the requirement of glass hole size and thickness.
2. Clearance of drill bit
Clear drill bit with sponge including drill position part and surface;
3. Installation of drill bit:
Install both the bottom and top drill bits and check the radial runout less than 0.05mm;
4. Debugging of drill bit
Normally start up with 50%-60% of feed rate, after drilling 20-30 holes, check the hole quality, if no defect, speed up to 70%-80% gradually.
