On the morning of Sept 23, the groundbreaking ceremony of CRRC Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture new energy equipment manufacturing zero-carbon Industrial park was held in Delingha, Qinghai province.
It is understood that after the completion of the project, it will form an annual capacity of 2GW of "landscape storage" integrated equipment, help Delingha complement and strengthen the whole clean energy industry chain, and promote the high-quality development of Haixi new energy equipment manufacturing industry. The industrial park will be constructed in three phases, including complete machine, blade, tower cylinder, generator, electrical equipment, photovoltaic module, energy storage equipment and other industries.
According to the data, the project is led by CRRC Qingdao Sifang Vehicle Research Institute Co., LTD. (CRRC Sifang Institute), a subsidiary of CRRC Corporation, as the project leader. Founded in 1959, CRRC Sifang Institute has been focusing on the development of railway vehicle electrical, electronic, vibration reduction, hook retarding, braking, intelligent equipment, green energy saving system, signal system and other core industries. The construction of CRRC Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture new energy Equipment Manufacturing zero-carbon Industrial Park is not only a landmark action in the field of cross-border photovoltaic, but also the first time for CRRC Group to enter the photovoltaic module link.
According to the data, CRRC Group is A listed company with A+H shares, which is merged by China CNR Co., Ltd. and China Southern Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. according to the principle of equality and approved by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission, CRRC was successfully listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 8, 2015.
