Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the State Intellectual Property Office jointly issued the "Three Products" Implementation Plan for Raw Materials Industry (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Plan"), focusing on increasing varieties, improving quality and creating brands. It has put forward nine key tasks and three key projects, namely, variety training, quality improvement and brand building, which are of great guiding significance for us to build a strong material country and promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.

At present, countries around the world attach great importance to the development of the material industry, and most of them have made clear the relevant development plans or research directions. For example, as the global leader in the field of high-end materials, the United States, Japan and Europe have issued special policies in the fields of superalloy, carbon fiber and composite materials, new display materials, new energy materials, third-generation semiconductor materials, rare earth new materials, graphene and so on. This requires technology to enable the material industry to achieve leapfrog development.
