Precautions During The Use Of Angle Grinder

1. When starting the grinding wheel, the grinding can only be carried out after the speed is stable for 40 ~ 60 seconds. When grinding the tool, stand on the side of the grinding wheel and do not face the grinding wheel directly, so as to prevent the grinding wheel from breaking and flying out and hurting people.

2. On the same grinding wheel, two people are not allowed to use it at the same time, let alone grinding on the side of the grinding wheel. During grinding, the operator should stand on the side of the angle grinder, not on the front of the grinder, so as to prevent the grinding wheel from cracking and accidents. At the same time, it is not allowed to wear gloves. It is strictly prohibited to operate in a pile and laugh and fight during grinding.

3. The standing position during grinding shall form an included angle with the angle grinder, and the contact pressure shall be uniform. It is strictly prohibited to hit the grinding wheel to avoid fragmentation. The grinding wheel is limited to grinding tools, heavy materials or thin iron plates, soft materials (aluminum, copper, etc.) and wood products.

4. During grinding, the operator shall stand on the side or inclined side of the grinding wheel, not on the front of the grinding wheel, and the tool shall be slightly higher than the center of the grinding wheel. Do not use excessive force to prevent injury to hands.

5. The grinding wheel shall not be stained with water and shall be kept dry frequently to prevent loss of balance and accident after wet water.

6. It is not allowed to grind large and long objects on the angle grinder to prevent the grinding wheel from flying out and hurting people.

7. It is not allowed to grind the workpiece by hand to prevent it from falling off and breaking the grinding wheel in the protective cover.
