This week, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development released a white paper on the development of Beijing's housing and urban and rural construction. The document proposes to speed up the legislation of the Regulation on the Green Development of civil buildings in Beijing. We will implement the work plan for building energy conservation and carbon reduction, and strengthen the management of electricity consumption quotas for public buildings. We will continue to promote the rational distribution of production capacity of prefabricated building parts, strengthen supply and demand guidance, and ensure supply coordination. We will promote the application of solar photovoltaic in buildings, and promote the establishment of pilot projects for the application of photovoltaic systems in old residential areas.

We will make solid progress in prefabricated buildings and energy-saving renovation.
