Cutting application

In the metal material cutting process, the resin sheet grinding wheel is used for cutting, which has the following advantages:

(1) Fast cutting speed. When cutting metal materials, the cutting speed of cutting grinding wheel is 10 times that of other cutting methods (such as sawing and turning).

(2) The cutting dimension accuracy is high. The cutting width and flatness of the cutting surface are generally better than that of metalworking sawing.

(3) The cutting surface is smooth. After the grinding wheel is cut, the surface often does not need to be finished, but the cutting section after sawing is obvious.

(4) It can be used for cutting hard materials, such as hardened steel, metal carbides and hard and brittle non-metallic materials.

(5) During the use of abrasive tools, they have good self sharpening and do not need to be trimmed.

(6) The cost of cutting with grinding wheel is obviously lower than that of other cutting methods.

(7) Other applications, such as narrow groove notch, or slit of hardened steel or super hard non-metallic workpiece, etc.
