Solutions for grinding heat
1.Select matching grinding wheels: Choose the appropriate grinding wheel material, select the matching grinding wheel type according to the characteristics of the processed workpiece, so that they generate less heat during grinding. Regularly dress the grinding wheel to prevent clogging and dulling, and ensure its cutting ability.

2. Adjust grinding parameters: Reduce the grinding speed appropriately, control the feed rate and cutting depth, to reduce the generation of frictional heat. In addition, using intermittent grinding or light grinding multiple times can effectively avoid excessive heat accumulation.
3. Improve cooling methods: Enhance the supply of coolant, ensure that the coolant can effectively cover the grinding area and remove heat. Adopt high-pressure cooling or directed jet cooling technology to further improve cooling efficiency. For special materials, choosing appropriate coolants can help improve heat dissipation.
4. Choose appropriate processes and materials: For materials with poor thermal conductivity, use special grinding techniques such as wet grinding to reduce the influence of grinding heat. In addition, pre-treating the workpiece (such as heat treatment) to enhance its heat resistance can also help reduce thermal deformation.
5. Improve the precision of processing equipment: Choose grinding equipment and tools with higher precision to reduce unnecessary friction and heat generation during processing.
